For over 20 years, developing strong relationships with our participants and Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (BVR) counselors has been a top priority. However, Step By Step goes behind the scenes to also keep abreast of employment trends; effective documentation and seamless reporting procedures that reach far beyond required standards.

Step By Step is accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and is proud to announce we have had the highest (3 year) accreditations since we have been in business. It is this tremendous attention to detail and drive towards positive outcomes that sets Step By Step apart from the industry standard.
