In March 2012, Michael Rullis completed his CBA and was hired as a Backroom Associate in April 2012.  Prior to being hired, Michael had not been employed.  To date, he has been processing merchandise, focusing on the layup function and working with a team of five (5) other Backroom Associates.

In April 2013, Frank completed his CBA and was hired as a Backroom Associate in May 2013.  Prior to being hired, Frank had not been employed.  Frank’s ability to master the backroom tasks has led to him being used in the Number 1 Position in the backroom, a position which sets the pace for the entire backroom staff of approximately ten (10) individuals.  In addition, Frank is the sole individual entrusted with assembling furniture, which is depicted in the photograph above.
